| ![]() || Wednesday, April 04, 2007 || Au RevoirAu revoir in French means goodbye. More accurately it means "till we meet again". Today was my Civil Law exam. At the end of my exam, in a moment of sentiment, I went up to my tutorial teacher and my professor to formally bid them au revoir. I shall miss France. The sad thing about exchange is not leaving a place you have grown attached to, never getting to feel the winter cold in your face or bidding farewell to 9 months of fun and leisure. Places stay, seasons come and fun and leisure will always be. No, the saddest part about about exchange is having to say au revoir to people you have learnt to care for, knowing that there is very little chance, in this lifetime, of there being 'again'. |
